Our Story

The KCOC has operated since 1983 at the Kikongooni Village, Makueni County. We are today a strong committed family of followers of Christ who are discovering new and bold ways to live into our vision while striving to be light and salt to our community.

In this effort, we are involved in the following:
1. Loving our friends around the campus by sharing God’s word and working together with the community in addressing daily life challenges.
2. Empowering orphaned children through granting them educational opportunities and loving family environment.
3. Taking care of widows through supporting them to meet their basic daily needs.
4. Growing in our faith by hosting weekly prayer meetings, yearly annual conferences for the youth and pursing outreach opportunities.
5. Sending by empowering our members to be active in their own communities for impactful missions.
6. Loving our community by sharing food relief when faced by hunger situation.
7. Loving our members through sharing drinking water and vegetables from irrigation activities.

What’s next?
We are ready and excited to see where God leads us as we continue with our journey of faith and discipleship. We remain open to where our journey of faith will lead.
